Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain well, mash until smooth with potato masher.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.
    Beat or mash until smooth and fluffy.
    Put in greased casserole, dot with butter.
    Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
