Savory Brisket Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. first-cut fresh brisket of beef
    1 small bottle A. 1. steak sauce
    1 small bottle Heinz 57 sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Trim fat from brisket.
    In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over brisket in roasting pan.
    Roast covered between 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Let stand 20 to 30 minutes before slicing.
    Serve with pan juices.
