Minced Onion Recipe Lemon Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh)
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each: marjoram and thyme
Preparation
    Cut-up 1 frying chicken.
    Arrange in bottom of a shallow pan. Melt butter and blend with other ingredients.
    Spoon mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Spoon butter mixture over chicken occasionally.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
