Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (2 c. cooked)
    2 eggs
    1 large can diced green chilies (Ortega)
    1 small grated onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
    2/3 c. oil
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    dash of cayenne pepper
    diced parsley
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed.
    In large mixing bowl, beat eggs; add oil and mix well.
    Add all other ingredients; mix well.
    Add rice last.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 in a greased 9 x 13-inch loaf pan for 50 minutes.
