Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 sticks butter
    Bisquick
    Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until fork-tender.
    Place cream of mushroom soup in casserole dish.
    Add 3/4 can milk; blend until smooth. Break up cauliflower into small pieces.
    Place in soup.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Sprinkle Bisquick over everything.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until crust is golden brown.
    Broccoli can be substituted.
