Roast Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. turkey breast
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt
    pepper
    sage
Preparation
    Thaw turkey breast completely and place in the crock-pot. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sage.
    Dot with butter. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 8 to 10 hours.
