Quick Pizza From Leftovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen or purchased bread dough
    olive oil
    1 diced scallion
    homemade or purchased pizza sauce
    leftover vegetables
    other pizza toppings as desired, e.g., sausage, pepperoni
    Mozzarella cheese
    Fontina cheese
Preparation
    Grease pan with olive oil.
    Spread out dough.
    It will shrink back slightly.
    Lightly brush with olive oil.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in preheated 475\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add sauce and chopped vegetables and toppings.
    Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes small 2 person pizza.
