Pretty Pink Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry, raspberry or cherry)
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 bananas, chopped
Preparation
    Place pineapple and sugar in sauce pan; bring to a boil.
    Add jello; cool.
    Whip the cream and fold into cooled jello mixture. Fold in cottage cheese and bananas.
    Pour in salad mold and chill.
