Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. shredded coconut
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Put chopped pecans and shredded coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix German chocolate cake mix according to package directions.
Put on top of nuts and coconut.
Mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese and butter. Spoon over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool completely.
