Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    12 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
    10 oz. chopped broccoli, fine chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix everything together (in order), one at a time.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or longer until golden brown.
    Cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch squares. Double the recipe for 50 people.
