Fresh Garden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni (2 c. uncooked any shape)
    2 c. ham or pepperoni, diced and cooked
    1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cooked peas
    1 c. torn lettuce (more, if desired)
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onions
    3/4 c. bottled Italian dressing
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine all ingredients except lettuce and cheese.
    Cover and chill.
    Toss with lettuce and cheese just before serving.
