Chicken Roll-Ups And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    6 slices ham
    6 slices Provolone cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Put chicken on wax paper.
    Flatten to 1/4-inch.
    Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Place a slice of ham and cheese in center of each chicken roll and secure with toothpicks. Dredge in flour; brown chicken on both sides in oil.
    Combine chicken broth, soup and mushrooms.
    Pour over chicken; bring to a boil.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve with rice. Makes 6 servings.
