Caribbean Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 trimmed pork chops
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. orange juice
1 small orange, sliced
1 small pepper, cut in rings
Preparation

Brown chops in oil and drain off fat.
Sprinkle onion and garlic over and around chops.
Combine next 7 ingredients.
Mix well.
Stir in juice and pour over chops.
Place orange slices and pepper rings on chops.
Simmer covered about 50 minutes or until chops are tender.
Stir sauce and baste occasionally.
Add small amount of water if needed.
