Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. regular yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve first 3 ingredients and set aside.
    Mix water, shortening and salt.
    When all ingredients are melted and cool, add 1 beaten egg.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Add 3 cups plain unsifted flour.
    Knead well with mixture.
    Place in the refrigerator overnight, covered.
    Let rise and knead again.
    Roll out and let rise at least 1 1/2 hours before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in a preheated oven.
