Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 2/3 c. lukewarm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    flour
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 cake yeast (I use 1 package dry yeast) in lukewarm water.
    Add sugar, salt and shortening.
    Add enough flour to make stiff dough.
    Let rise about 2 hours in warm place.
    Work down and make in rolls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
