Caramel Layer Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. butter
1 (1 pt.) jar caramel sauce, plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, soda, brown sugar and oats.
Cut in butter until particles are fine.
Reserve 2 cups.
Press in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Combine flour and caramel sauce.
Spread over oatmeal base.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips, then crumble reserved crumb mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
