Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. light cream or half and half
2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 1/2 to 2 c. cubed, cooked ham
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover tightly; bake 45 minutes. Serves 4.
