Linda'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    butter or margarine
    onions
    flour
    garlic salt
    pepper
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can sliced peaches, drained
Preparation
    Flour pork chops and fry in butter with finely chopped onions. Sprinkle chops with garlic salt and pepper.
    Add 1 can beef consomme and 1 can sliced peaches (drained) and cover.
    Simmer for 1 hour or longer.
