Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    diced peppers
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 eggs
    diced onions
    handful of cracker crumbs
    parsley flakes
    freeze-dried mushrooms
    2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients together.
    Make 1-inch diameter meat balls and brown in skillet.
    After browning, put meat balls in crock-pot with 2 cans of soup and simmer for several hours. Excellent party dish.
