Kung Pao Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onions with tops
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 to 1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts (optional)
    4 c. hot, cooked rice, cooked without salt or fat
Preparation
    Combine chicken and cornstarch in small bowl.
    Toss to coat.
