Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped mushrooms (about 1/4 lb.)
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Minute original instant enriched or premium long grain rice (uncooked)
Preparation

Brown sausage in saucepan or skillet. Add celery, mushrooms and onions; cook 3 minutes.
Add broth and seasoning.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes about 5 cups stuffing or 10 servings.
