Chocolate Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
5 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Baker's German sweet chocolate (4 oz.), melted and cooled
Preparation

Add sugar to cream cheese.
Blend well.
Add eggs, one at a time and blend.
Add vanilla.
Measure 2 cups cheese mixture and fold into melted, cooled chocolate.
Add lemon juice to remaining cheese mixture.
Pour into well-buttered 10-inch pie pan.
Top with chocolate mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool, then chill.
