Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large apples
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell
1 unbaked pie top
1 Tbsp. butter
1 unbaked pie top
Preparation

Slice apples; mix with sugar, salt, cinnamon and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Dot with butter; put pie top on top and crimp around edge with floured fork or fingers and thumb.
Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
