Chess Pie No. 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 sticks butter
dash of nutmeg
2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Preparation

Melt butter and mix ingredients together well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for
40 to 50 minutes in an unbaked pie shell.
Yield:
2 large pies or 3 small pies.
