Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, peeled and halved
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 large head romaine lettuce, torn
    2 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Combine garlic and vegetable oil in a small mixing bowl. Cover and let stand several hours.
