Cold Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. thawed frozen peas (Birds Eye tiny tender peas)
1 c. cauliflowerets
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced scallions
1 c. cashews (whole or halves)
1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Toss all ingredients together and serve in bowl lined with red leaf lettuce.
Garnish with sliced red onion rings and bacon bits.
