Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, mashed
    3/4 stick butter
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 eggs
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine cooked squash and add other ingredients.
    Mix well. Pour into greased dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
