Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small white potato
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Peel potato.
    Cut in small or 4 pieces; boil until done.
    Drain water off.
    Add the sugar, small amount at a time.
    It will become thin, then thicken.
    When like pie dough, roll out on wax paper with sugar sprinkled on it.
    Spread the peanut butter on it and roll up like jelly roll.
