Coconut Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. coconut flavor
    chocolate coating or colored coating, melted
    approximately 1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 to 1 c. sweet coconut
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla and coconut flavoring. Add salt.
    Add coconut, then powdered sugar.
    Work it in your hands to the consistency where it forms a ball.
    Form into balls and let dry on wax paper to set.
    Dip in melted chocolate.
