Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sauerkraut
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    2 c. shredded Monterey cheese
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1/4 lb. pastrami, chopped
    4 slices rye bread (dark), cut in 1/2 inch cubes
    1/3 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place
    sauerkraut loosely in 10-inch pie plate;
    sprinkle with seed,
    1
    cup cheese, dressing, pastrami and rest of cheese. Toss bread crumbs in butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
