Black Bean Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil (optional)
1 1/2 c. cooked black beans
1 (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes (with juice)
1 c. whole kernel corn (canned or frozen)
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. chili powder or to taste
1 tsp. cumin or to taste
Preparation

Saute onion in the oil. Combine all ingredients.
Cover pan and simmer 20 minutes.
