Green Chili Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 stick butter
    2 bunches green onions, chop top and bottom
    1/2 large onion chopped fine
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    2 tsp. Herb or instant chicken base
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until soft. Combine all other ingredients (except 1 c. of cheese) in a lightly greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
