Speedy Beet Borscht - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole beets
    2 cans water
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    sour cream or plain yogurt
Preparation
    In a large pan, pour liquid from the can of beets.
    Grate the beets and put in pan, along with 2 cans water.
    Add lemon juice, sugar and salt and bring to a fast boil.
    Allow Borscht to cool and refrigerate.
    Add a dollop of sour cream (or yogurt) to individual bowls.
