Christmas Morn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
    1 c. biscuit mix
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves approximately 10.
