Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can chicken broth
    1 (5 oz.) can boned chicken
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole bowl, mix onion, broth, boned chicken, cheese and rice.
    Cover. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
