Cheese-Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    6 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 oz. very fine noodles
    20 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder or salt
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, saute onion in oil for 3 minutes.
    Add water and bouillon cubes; boil until cubes dissolve. Add noodles and boil uncovered for 3 minutes. Stri in broccoli, salt and garlic.
    Cook 4 minutes. Add milk, cheese and pepper.
    Cook until cheese melts.
