Toffee Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    6 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Line cookie sheet with foil; brush foil with margarine. Place margarine, sugar and water in large skillet. Cook on high until the mixture turns the color of coffee with cream. Stir continuously. Pour onto foil-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and spread around. When hard, break into pieces.
