Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. oysters
    4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. milk
    butter
Preparation
    Drain oysters.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Place a layer of cracker crumbs, then a layer of oysters.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers, having top layer cracker crumbs.
    Pour milk over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until brown.
