African Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast, cubed
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with juice (cut up tomato)
    1 onion, coarsely chopped
    1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chuck; put aside.
    In new pan, put in chicken; brown. Add chuck and rest of ingredients.
    Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
