Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Add egg and water.
    Mix and sprinkle vinegar over dough.
    Roll up and chill before using. Makes 3 pie crust pastries.
