Heavenly Crust Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
12 single soda crackers, rolled fine
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. broken pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Slowly add sugar to egg whites while still beating.
Fold in soda crackers, baking powder, pecans and vanilla.
Spoon mixture into a buttered 9-inch pie pan.
Cover the sides and bottom of pan with mixture so that it looks like fat pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
When cooled, put pie shell in refrigerator overnight.
