Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. can pork and beans
    1 (4 oz.) bottle Heinz ketchup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt (garlic)
    bacon strips
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    After browning and draining meat, add onion and simmer until transparent. Combine with remaining ingredients and place in a large casserole dish. Top with raw bacon strips and bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
