Chill Liver - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1 lb. liver, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. chili sauce or ketchup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Remove from pan, drain and crumble. Dust liver with flour.
Brown in bacon drippings.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
Uncover and cook for a few additional minutes to thicken sauce.
Makes 4 servings.
