Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    1/4 head lettuce
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 oranges cut in sections, or 1 can of mandarin oranges
    1 Tbsp. and one tsp. sugar
    1/4 bibb lettuce or spinach
    green pepper
    2 green onions, sliced thin
Preparation
    Place almonds and sugar in a small saucepan.
    Stir constantly over low heat until sugar melts and coats nuts.
    Place lettuce, spinach, celery, green pepper, parsley and onions in a plastic bag and refrigerate.
    Put all the dressing ingredients in jar and shake.
    To bag of greens, add dressing, oranges, and lastly add the almonds.
