Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cocoa with sugar and salt.
    Add milk.
    Bring to boil, stirring so it will not burn.
    Reduce heat.
    Cook to a soft ball stage.
    You may use a candy thermometer for accuracy.
    Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla.
    Let cool 5 minutes.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into a buttered platter or plates.
    Cool and cut in squares.
