Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. lemon juice and rind
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar together.
Pat in 10 or 11-inch pan and bake 12 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Meanwhile, beat eggs, lemon juice, rind, sugar and baking powder together.
Pour on the crust.
Bake 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
