Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Cover bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole with a layer of potatoes, one layer of beef, etc.
    Pour half soup, alternate until complete.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
