Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    2 to 3 tsp. milk
    5 to 6 crushed soda crackers
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    dash of seasoned salt
    dash of pepper
    1 pt. canned salmon with bones and skin removed
Preparation
    Mix all together and form into patties.
    Makes about 7 (2-inch) patties.
    Fry lightly in small amount of oil.
    Turn heat down and cover patties with white sauce.
    Simmer approximately 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika, if desired.
