Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. McCormick enchilada sauce mix
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground chicken*
    8 corn tortillas
    1 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    * May use shredded chicken (cooked) or ground beef.
