Luscious Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten until light
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream

Preparation

Beat cheeses together; add sugar at low speed.
Add lemon juice and vanilla.
Stir in flour and cornstarch.
Add butter and sour cream, then the beaten eggs.
Pour into a slightly greased spring-form pan 10 x 2 1/2-inches.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and leave for approximately 2 additional hours.
